Here is a general guide to clearing app cache, it may be different on your device but it is VERY important as sometimes can cause issues with playback of IPTV in any app

CLICK APPS
CLICK TIVIMATE OR CLOUDFLIX
ONCE IN THIS SCREEN CLICK CLEAR CACHE
CLICK OK
CONGRATS YOU HAVE CLEARED CACHE
