We are currently working on the server upgrade, we have recieved a mass of tickets to be upgraded we are working on it around the clock tonight (entire team) we appologize for the inconvience. Those who have not yet made a ticket please wait a few hours we will open the site shortly, we are just trying to keep a smaller backlog to get back to everyone.

We have again accumulated a large backlog, site will be closed for time being until we work through them, likely until evening time 5-6PM EST earliest.
